Japanese actor Toshiro Mifune was lucky to be born into the family of the owner of a photo studio in Qingdao in 1920 on April 1.

As soon as the boy was four years old, their family moved to Dairin. Toshiro spent his childhood and teenage years in beautiful Manchuria. In the winter he was fond of skating, and in the summer he wandered over the rocks. After school, Toshiro was drafted into the army.
