Born in Lvov on April 13, 1955 in the family of documentary filmmaker V.P. Neber (Ukrainian V.P. Neberi). In 1977 he graduated from the Kiev State Institute of Theater Arts named after I.K. Karpenko-Kary. Member of the National Union of Cinematographers of Ukraine.
Pavel Nebera was a member of the jury of the XVI Student Film Festival "Prologue-2005" (May 10-15, Kiev, Ukraine) .
Now he works as a director of photography at the Inter TV channel in Kiev.
