Bjorn Sundqvist - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
Born June 16, 1948.
Bjorn is considered by many to be the most outstanding and most talented Norwegian actor in theater, film and television. For many years he played on the stage of the Det Norske Theater and the Oslo National Theater, and is especially famous for his roles as Merlin and Hamlet. When he received the honorary Amanda award in 2000, he became the youngest recipient of the most important Norwegian film award in history. Sundqvist received Amanda as well as the Gullruten Prize for his leading role as Police Inspector Konrad Sayer in the TV miniseries Sayer.
