Cheryl Ann Oteri (born September 19, 1962) is an American actress and comedian best known for her work on the NBC television show Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 2000. She also played the voice of librarian Ellen Klench in the animated series by the creator of the cult comedy series Arrested Development Mitch Harwitz - Sit Down, Two!
She made her television debut in 1997.
She has voiced the characters of the animated films "Storm of Ants" (2006), "Shrek the Third" (2007), "The Life and Adventures of Tim" (2008, 2010), "7 Dwarfs" (2014), "Miles from Another Planet" (2015).
