Askhab Abakarov - biography, date of birth, place of birth, filmography, clips.
Was born on August 21, 1945 in the village of Kahib (Dagestan). Graduated from the Tbilisi Academy of Arts (1969), the film directing department of the Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi Theater Institute (1979, workshop of Tengiz Abuladze). Before studying at the theater institute, he worked as a fashion designer. Costume designer and production designer for Tengiz Abuladze's films "A Necklace for My Beloved", "The Tree of Desire" .
He passed away on November 4, 1985.
