Screenwriter, director, producer. Was born in 1958 in Bucharest. Since 1980 he has been living in France. He shot his first feature film abroad in 1992. The tape "Betray" was seen by critics at many festivals. Success came to the director with his second film - "The Train of Life", which received prizes at numerous festivals.
"Concert" is the director's fourth work. "The producers intended to shoot this film with American actors in English. Fortunately, we managed to convince them to change their mind and shoot a film with Russian and French actors who speak two languages," said the director, who spent two weeks in Moscow to write the script.
