Artem Inozemtsev was born in Moscow on January 16, 1929. During his studies at the institute (1948-1951) Artem was one of the best students at the acting department of GITIS. Until 1952 he worked at the Noginsk Drama Theater. Then he continued his career as an actor in the Kaunas Drama Theater. Since 1960, a rather famous actor has been working in the city of Vilnius on the stage of the Russian Drama Theater. Here he managed to play in more than 90 different performances. The unforgettable roles of Artyom Inozemtsev sound in Russian, as well as in Lithuanian, which he was able to learn on his own. In 1975, A. Inozemtsev was the director of the television play The Trial by Giordano Bruno. His creative merits were duly appreciated, and the actor was awarded the high title of People's Artist of the Lithuanian SSR in 1975. In 1980 A. Inozemtsev shoots a two-part feature film Concerns by Jonas Puodjunes. This excellent work was awarded an award at the USSR Film Festival. One of the best roles played by Artem Inozemtsev is the role of Berezkin in Leonid Leonov's Golden Carriage, which premiered in 1982.
