Was born on May 25, 1946. In 1969 he graduated from the Higher Theater School named after B. Shchukin (course of V. K. Lvova).
He played for several seasons at the Gorky Academic Theater named after M. Gorky. Since 1973 - actor of the Moscow Regional Drama Theater named after A.N. Ostrovsky.
Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (1997).
