Born May 26, 1956 in Ryazan.
His father was an agronomist, head of the regional department of agriculture (he died three days after the birth of Vladimir).
Mother is a forensic expert. The family had four children.
Graduated from the Yaroslavl Theater School (teachers - People's Artist of the USSR Valery Sergeevich Nelsky and People's Artist of the USSR Firs).
Worked at the Yaroslavl Drama Theater (1976-79) .
In 1979, Z.Y. Korogodsky accepted the young actor into the Leningrad Youth Theater and enrolled in the third year of his studio.
In 1979-96 he played in the Theater for Young Spectators named after I. A.A. Bryantseva, in 1996-99 - at the Youth Theater on the Fontanka.
Since 1999 - an actor of the experimental theater under the direction of A.A. Praudin.
