John Billingsley is an American actor best known for his role as Dr. Phlox in the popular science fiction series Star Trek: Enterprise and his participation in films such as White Oleander, The Man from Earth, Out of Time.
John Billingsley was born May 20, 1960 in Media, Pennsylvania, and his family moved frequently from place to place before settling in Weston, Connecticut. And in 1982, John graduated from the theater department of Bennington College.
