Elena was born on March 9, 1988 in the family of the Spanish singer Lolita Flores. Father - Guillermo Furiase. Los Flores is generally one of the most famous Spanish dynasties of artists. Her grandmother is Lola Flores, better known as "La Faraona", and her grandfather is Antonio Gonzalez "El Pescailla". Already at the age of 6, she knew that she wanted to be an actress, but the family took a promise from her that first she would finish her studies. Elena kept her promise and received a diploma from the Drama School in the specialty "actor" .
Elena has worked on the super popular Spanish TV series Antena 3, Boarding School Black Lagoon, as a student of Wicca. For this role, she received the 2007 Joven Award for Best Actress of the Year.
Elena also works in the theater. In September 2008 she first appeared on the stage of Teatro Amaya (Madrid) in the second season of Anna Diosdado's Forget the Drums. In this production, directed by Victor Conde, Helena plays the role of Fury (Alicia) .
In 2008, she starred in the film by Antonio Gimenez-Rico "El libro de las aguas". The film is based on the book of the same name by Alejandro Lopez Andrada. In this film, Elena plays the role of Amalia. Filmed in various kinds of advertising. In November 2009, she appeared on the cover of the Spanish issue of FHM magazine.
