Alexander Aleksandrovich Kavalerov (July 10, 1951 - June 17, 2014) - Russian actor and pop performer, born in the city of Leningrad. I got my surname from my mother. At the age of three, Alexander made his debut in art - the baby first performed his song on the stage. At the age of seven, he began acting in films, unexpectedly hitting the shooting of the film "Baltic Sky", little Sasha attracted the director's attention. Before leaving school, Alexander managed to get a few more cameo roles, and was also involved in dubbing.

At the age of 15, the young actor starred in the film "Republic of SHKID", which not only made him famous, but also brought the young man huge audience sympathy. This film marked the beginning of Kavalerov's active acting career, mainly in the role of cheerful teenage tramps. Alexander showed himself not only as a film actor, but also as a talented performer. On his creative account is a duet with the famous Bulat Okudzhava (film "Zhenya, Zhenechka and Katyusha", 1957). By the way, Alexander got the role of the hooligan Mom in the Republic of SHKID thanks to the fact that the film's director Gennady Poloka was impressed by his performance of Robertino Loretti's songs.

The first movie with Alexander Kavalerov in the title role - "Minute of Silence" (1971). And here Alexander again showed his vocal abilities (song "For that guy").

In 1976, the young actor made an attempt to enter VGIK, where he was accepted into his course without any problems by the Russian actor and director Lev Kulidzhanov. However, due to active filming, Kavalerov has to abandon his studies.

Since 1980, Alexander Kavalerov has been on a break for more than ten years in his acting career. In 1998, the actor resumes his work in the cinema, periodically playing secondary roles, is engaged in concert activities, performs in the Benifis Variety Theater (St. Petersburg).

Alexander was married seven times, is the father of six children.

On June 17, 2014, at the age of 63, after a long illness, Alexander Kavalerov passed away. The actor was buried in St. Petersburg at the Kinoveevsky cemetery.
