People's Artist of the RSFSR (3.10.1979) .
She studied at GITIS, but did not graduate, left in 1926.
In 1923-1933 she played at the MGSPS Theater, in 1933 she moved to the Moscow Art Theater 2nd, where she managed to play the main female role in "The Watchmaker and the Chicken". After the liquidation of the Moscow Art Theater 2nd - the actress of the Moscow Art Theater named after Gorky.
Remembered for her role as mother-in-law in the movie "Old New Year" (1980) .
She passed away on October 20, 1990 in Moscow.
