Born on January 23, 1939. In 1964 he graduated from the art and production faculty of VGIK (workshop of M. M. Kurilko). He worked as the chief artist of the studio of literary and dramatic programs of the Ostankino TV company. He has been working at GITR since 1994. He has been the head of the art director's department at GITR since December 1994. Corresponding member of the Academy of Management in Education and Culture. Laureate of the USSR State Prize.
