Born on August 16, 1951 in Riga, Latvia.
Graduated from the Theater Department of the Jazep Vitols Latvian Conservatory (1974).
Since 1974 she has been an actress at the Jan Rainis Riga Art Academic Drama Theater (since 1995 it has been called Dailes Theater).
The actress gained immense popularity with the leading role of Ginny Gordon in the television movie Mirage (1983, directed by Alois Branch) based on the novel by James Headley Chase.
Former husband - actor Martinsh Verdinsh (policeman in the film "Mirage").
