Zheromsky Alexander Borisovich was born on June 27, 1944 in the city of Krichev, Mogilev region, which then belonged to the Byelorussian SSR.

Since childhood, the boy was drawn to acting, so in 1961 he began to study at the pantomime studio at Moscow State University, and in the period 1963-1966 Zheromsky even headed it. How old Alexander Zheromsky was when he first set foot on the stage is unknown, but the actor got his first big role in 1965, playing on the stage of the Bolshoi Theater Pak - the hero of the play "A Midsummer Night's Dream".

In 1967 Alexander created his own comic original character called "Cartoon". The whole point was to demonstrate everyday situations using an unusual technique of movements. The actor showed anything: playing the piano, talking on the phone, playing snowballs, and so on. Such a spectacle won many hearts with its sincerity and humor. The main roles of Alexander Zheromsky did not leave anyone indifferent.

In 1967, together with director Kastelyan, he created the pantomime "Paper Soldier", which was called anti-war.

In 1977, Alexander Zheromsky was already heading a whole pantomime ensemble. He became not only the director of this group, but also its main actor. Alexander's responsibilities included organizing and modifying the program, adding new numbers and correcting old ones - almost everything, frankly speaking.

eromski did not like pantomime in the standard form, he added gymnastics and even juggling to his performances to make the show even more interesting for the public.

Shortly before the actor's death, in 1989, his ensemble became known as the "Theater of Eccentrics" group. In the same year, he created the "Eccentric Center", thanks to which the teams "Theater of Humor and Fight", "Eccentric Ballet" and some others appeared.
