Spanish director, screenwriter and producer.
Born in Madrid, Spain.
He began his film career as a screenwriter, making his television debut by writing scripts for the series Pharmacy on duty (1995) .
Received a Fulbright Scholarship to take film courses at Columbia University (New York) .
Since 2002, Sanchez Arevalo decided to try himself as a director and began making short films. In 2006 Daniel made his debut in a full-length film - the picture "Dark Blue, Almost Black". This film brought the director the Goya award .
