She was born on February 9, 1943 in Chisinau (Moldova), in a family of doctors. Graduated from the Shchukin School. She worked in Chisinau at the "Luchafarul" theater, where she also married actor Dmitry Cebanu. But the family did not work out, after the divorce, she married the screenwriter and actor Igor Starkov, moved to Odessa, worked at the Odessa Film Studio.
