She was born on January 15, 1919 in the village of Valegotsulovo, Kherson province, (now the village of Dolinskoye, Ananievsky district). Graduated from the Odessa Theater School (1937). She worked in Tiraspol, then Chisinau drama theaters.
People's Artist of the Moldavian SSR (1957). People's Artist of the USSR (1974) .
She passed away on November 6, 2010 in Chisinau. She was buried in the Chisinau central cemetery.
