Born on August 13, 1972 in the village of Stavidla, Aleksandrovsky District, Kirovograd Region (Ukraine), into a military family and a teacher. From the age of 14 he lived in Dnepropetrovsk.
In 1992 he graduated from the Dnepropetrovsk theater school, in 1996 - from RATI-GITIS (workshop of M.A. Zakharov).
