Victor Uralsky was born on June 26, 1925 in the family of the famous actor Vladimir Uralsky, popular in pre-war cinema. He began his acting career in the theater of the Kalininsky district under the direction of A. N. Samarin-Volzhsky, where he entered immediately after the war. Since the 50s, he has participated in the creation of about 200 films, played on the stage of the Theater-Studio of the film actor. He played a variety of roles, but over time he switched to episodes more and more. In a number of films he created the image of "All-Union Headman" Mikhail Ivanovich Kalinin.
He died on March 16, 2009. He was buried at the Donskoy cemetery (section 1) in his father's grave.
