Graduated from the acting faculty of VGIK (1981, workshop of S. Bondarchuk), the directing faculty of the Karpenko-Kary KSITI (1988). He worked on television as a presenter and director, in popular science films.
He also acted as a playwright, stage director and producer in the theater.
