Born August 2, 1948.
Studied (four courses) at the Faculty of Mathematics and Mechanics, St. Petersburg University.
In 1975 he graduated from the Leningrad State Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography.
After graduation LGITMiK played at the Leningrad Comedy Theater.
Since 1980 he has been an actor at the Bolshoi Drama Theater named after G.A. Tovstonogov.
Teacher of acting at the University Center for Aesthetic Education.
Since 1989, he has been a regular participant in the famous Leningrad skits theater "The Fourth Wall" under the leadership of Vadim Zhuk (together with Alexander Romantsov, Boris Smolkin and other actors).
Honored Artist of the Russian Federation (1997).
