September 19, 1910 - May 9, 1981 - American actress who was very popular at Warner Bros. Studios. in the 1930s and 1940s. She has had notable minor roles in films such as Cavalcade (1933), The Curious Newlywed Case (1935), Green Light (1937), Jezebel (1938) and Sin Street (1945). Critics believe that her best role, in which the actress expressed all her individuality, Margaret performed in the film "House of Seven Gables" (1940), the film adaptation of the same name by Nathaniel Hawthorne.
