She was born on July 1, 1977 in Seville (Spain). She studied at the Seville School of Dramatic Art (Esucuela Superior de Arte dramatico) .
She made her film debut in 2003, playing the role of Juliana in Fernando Colomo's melodrama Al sur de Granada. The first work of Veronica on television was the role in the popular Spanish TV series "Serrano Family" ("Los Serrano", 2003-2008).
