Shiri Freda Appleby; December 7, 1978, Los Angeles, USA) is an American actress. One of her most famous roles is Liz Parker, a character on the television series Alien City.
She was born in Los Angeles, California. In Hebrew, her name means "my song". Graduated from Calabasas High School in 1997 and entered the University of South Carolina.
From the age of four she starred in commercials. Appleby has starred in the television series Seventh Heaven, Alien City, Ambulance, Xena, Warrior Princess, Beverly Hills, 90210, Malibu Rescuers. She also appeared in Bon Jovi's video for "It's My Life".
