Mark Rolston (born December 7, 1956) is an American actor best known for his roles as Drake in Aliens, Erickson in Saw V and Warren Russ in Rush Hour.
Rolston played Drake in Aliens (1986), Hans in Lethal Weapon 2 (1989), Steph in Robocop 2 (1990), Bogz Diamonte in The Shawshank Redemption (1994), J. Scar in The Eraser (1996), Dennis Wilson in Daylight (1996), Wayne Bruce in Rain, and Special Agent Warren Russ in Rush Hour. Rolston also starred in Martin Scorsese's 2006 film The Departed, and also appeared in the television horror film Survival Game. Many of Mark's roles are villains, thanks to his trademark icy look. In 2008 and 2009, he starred in the films Saw V and Saw VI.
In 1994, he played Karl Muller, a convicted murderer, in the television series Babylon 5 in the episode "The Price of Mercy," and also appeared in the X-Files episode "The Red Museum," where he played Richard Odin. Mark Rolston was originally asked to voice the Fire Beetle in the animated series Batman, but his character was found unsuitable and the offer was turned down. However, Rolston voiced the Fire Beetle in the sequel to the animated series, The New Adventures of Batman, as well as the Justice League. In 2004, Rolston was a guest star on the television series 24 Hours.
Mark Rolston also played a minor role as Alastar in the TV series Supernatural.
Mark Rolston has voiced the computer games Blade Runner (1997), Turok (2008) and Halo 4 (2012). He also starred in the Criminal Minds episode "Bloodlust," where he played Sheriff Don Hall, who asks the Behavioral Analysis Department for help to find out who is behind a series of brutal murders.
Mark Rolston has a recurring role as Lex Luthor in the animated series Young Justice ^; from his Shawshank Redemption, Clancy Brown also voiced the role.
Rolston was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Evelyn Beverly (nee Sturm) and Thomas George Rolston, who was a computer programmer. Mark is married to actress Sally Ann Hughes, father of three children: Adam, Timothy, Thomas.
