Ghanime began his acting career with the TV series Supernatural, in which he played the role of Dr. Drake. This was followed by the series "Wild Roses", "Kate the Middleman", "The Secret Circle", "Arrow", "Dr. Emily Owens" and many others. But the audience remembered the actor for the series "Spiral", in which he played the role of Major Sergio Balleseros.
