Born April 13, 1973, Harlem is an American film and television actor.
He graduated from the prestigious Dalton School before transferring to the also prestigious Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School in the city. He was a major in Instrumental Music and the main singer in the group.
With the support of his actress mother, Woodbine entered show business at age 19 as a stunt double in Ernest R. Dickerson's directorial debut, the classic hip-hop film Juice (1992), starring Tupac Shakur and Omar Epps. The following year, he made his television acting debut on CBS's Love Without Borders. His appearance was noticed by casting director Jackie Brown-Pocket, who later commended Forest Whitaker for directing the latter, Broke (HBO, 1993), in which he co-starred with Michael Bean.
