Born on December 23, 1968, Kyshtym, Chelyabinsk region, USSR - Russian theater and film actress, screenwriter, theater director.
After graduation, she entered the Chelyabinsk State Institute of Culture (ChGIK) at the Faculty of Theater Directing. In the process of studying, she became interested in acting - playing on stage. In the fourth year of study, she married a classmate Harold Strelkov and took a double surname - Strelkov-Oboldin. After graduating from university with honors, she remained to teach at the institute at the department of stage speech.
Two years later, leaving teaching, she and her husband moved to Moscow. In Moscow she entered the RATI-GITIS (workshop of Professor Pyotr Fomenko), graduated in 1997.
Since 1996, she has been an actress of the StrelkoV Theater in Moscow, created by director Harold Strelkov. On November 6, 1996, the theater hosted the premiere of the play "Sakhalin's Wife" based on the play of the same name by Elena Gremina, in which Inga played one of the main roles (Marina Gilyachka).
In 1998, she received an offer to star in the television series "Impostors" directed by Konstantin Khudyakov, from which her film career began.
She was the leading actress of the Moscow Drama Theater ApARTe.
