Chuck Norris was born in the provincial town of Ryan, Oklahoma. The boy was born on March 10, 1940 in a not very prosperous family of an auto mechanic. His parents divorced early, but thanks to his new stepfather, Chuck began to play sports. In his youth, the guy dreams of joining the ranks of the police and enters the military service. He has to serve in South Korea, it is there that Chuck begins to practice martial arts, among which are judo and tansudo. Upon his return from the army, Norris teaches karate and opens his own school, and later - a whole network.
As a martial arts expert, Norris is invited to appear in films, in cameo roles. The first film with Chuck Norris was released in 1968 under the name Emergency Squad - he plays a bodyguard. Four years later, the actor starred in the film The Way of the Dragon, created by Bruce Lee, and then in several inconspicuous films. In 1977, Norris played John Dawes in the movie Challenge !, and in 1978 he starred as John Booker in the movie Good Guys Wear Black. From 1980 to 1990, Chuck Norris played the main roles: in the movie Octagon, the crime movie Eye for an Eye, the fantastic horror movie Silent Anger, the adventure movie Forced Revenge, the dramatic western Lone Wolf McQuaid, the movie Missing in Trace, the movie The Invasion of the United States silence, adventure comedy movie Walking in Fire and others. In 1993, the actor was invited to play the main role in the detective drama series Walker - The Texas Ranger. The role of "tough ranger" Cordell Walker made the actor a favorite of millions of viewers. Throughout his film career, the actor has appeared in more than a hundred films, his image is still extremely popular.
