Neil Flynn was born in Chicago on November 13, 1960. He spent his youthful years in a town called Wokegan. It was in this place, while studying at school, that he gradually began to engage in drama. After leaving school, Flynn decided to attend Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. And after receiving his diploma, he returned to the city of his birth and decided to start his acting career there.
