From 1990 to 1995, Lyndon was in a relationship with Princess Caroline of Monaco. Currently separated from his wife, French actress Sandrine Quiberlain. Claude Chirac and Patrick Bruel are his friends. His most famous film is Student Girl, in which he co-starred Sophie Marceau.
Three times he was nominated for the Cesar Award for Best Actor, but never won (in 1993 - "Crisis", in 2000 - "My Little Business", in 2008 - "Those Who Stay").
