Wes Bentley was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, USA, and became famous after the movie "American Beauty". He also played in `The Boy from the White River` and in the films` Immortal Souls` and `Kingdom Comes`. In high school, he played drums and dreamed of a pop career. In high school he was drawn to acting, he played in a weekend theater in Little Rock the role of a son from a family of homosexuals in the play The Cage for Crazy.
