Eugene Robert Glazer was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and before moving to Los Angeles where he began his acting career, he worked in various jobs.
Glazer played many small roles in theater, film and television until he starred in the spy television series Her Name was Nikita (La Femme Nikita). The actor played the role of the chief of the First Department, Paul Wolfe, one of the central characters of the show, throughout all five seasons.
This work brought Glazer wide recognition, and he began to appear as a guest actor in such popular projects as "Charmed" ("charmed"), "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation New York" ("CSI: NY"), "Detective Rush" ("Cold Case"), "24 hours" ("24"), "Mutant X".
