Martin Landau was born on June 20, 1928. He is best known for the series Mission: Impossible (1966-1969) and Cosmos: 1999 (1975-1977). Awarded the 1969 Golden Globe for his role as Rollin Hand. In 1968 and 1969 he was nominated for an Emmy Award for Outstanding Actor in Mission: Impossible. In 1994 he won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor in the acclaimed film "Ed Wood".
