Born March 30, 1965, Los Angeles, California is an American actress, producer and director.

Was a professional ballerina.

In 1994 she starred in Ed Wood as Loretta King and opposite Whoopi Goldberg in Theodore Rex. Then she played the role of the vampire Drusilla in the television series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel". Steve Winberg of The New York Times said: "Juliet Landau is excellent, but Drusila's play is sour and confusing, a cross between Ophelia and Cassandra."

Leading roles in independent films include: Yellow Wallpaper, Visible Darkness, The Nightmare of the Hill House, The Return, Life Among the Cannibals, The Ravager.

As a guest actress, she starred in episodes of the television series Millennium, Her Name was Nikita, Strong Medicine. She also voiced the cartoons "Ben 10" and "League of Unlimited Justice", "Criminal Minds".

Landau has received positive reviews for her work in the theater. Among her best works are the productions of "Wake up and Sing", "Failure of Nerves", "We're Talking Here Today", "Songs of War".
