Roman Tkachuk was born in the city of Sverdlovsk on August 31, 1932. He spent his childhood in Tashkent, where the family of the future actor moved immediately after his birth. Tkachuk, starting in 1955, worked at the Gorky Tashkent Drama Theater. Here he took part in such paintings as Two Colors, Ocean, Crime and Punishment, Hamlet. In 1995, Tkachuk completed his studies at the Ostrovsky Theater and Art University, where he studied at the faculty of directing. Performing on the stage of Tashkent for ten years, the actor was awarded the title of People's Artist of Uzbekistan. With the onset of 1965, Roman was invited to work at the Moscow Theater of Satire. Here the inimitable actor perfectly performed roles in such productions as Phenomena, Bedbug, Shadow, Marriage, Figaro, Banya, Pena, Tartuffe. And one of Tkachuk's most famous works is The Suicide, where he perfectly got used to the role of Podsekalnikov. The actor gained a considerable share of popularity thanks to his performance in the TV show Zucchini 13 Chairs, where he played Pan Vladek. Roman performed his first role on the big screen in 1957, when he reincarnated as a border guard in the film A Case in the Desert. In 1963, viewers watched a film with Roman Tkachuk called Katerina Izmailova. The talented actor took part in a variety of cinematic productions, he showed himself remarkably both in military films and in children's films. On the screens appeared such films with the participation of Roman Tkachuk, such as Darling, The Formula of the Rainbow, The Village Detective, Aniskin and Fantomas, Two comrades served. The actor also participated in the filming of fairy tales. Roman passed away on January 10, 1994.
