Born August 31, 1962 in Indiana but raised in Greeley, Colorado. He began performing at age 9 and worked on musicals, operas and stage productions until he entered Colorado College in Colorado Springs. After graduating, Baker worked as an actor, comedian and singer, after which he moved to Los Angeles, where he began his career as a voice actor.
In addition to his main job, Baker took part in game shows (Legends of the Hidden Temple and Shop 'til You Drop) several times. In 1999 he became the voice of "George Pig" in the film My Brother the Pig (1999), and in 2007 - the talking parrot of Captain Jack Sparrow.
Dee Baker lives in Los Angeles with his wife Michelle and two daughters.
