Charles Baker was born in the winter of 1971 in Washington, DC, and grew up on the exotic islands of Hawaii. Since childhood, he has traveled all over the world, since his father was a military man and served as a colonel.
Charles Baker has lived in the UK, Israel and the southeastern United States of America. He received his musical education from Tarrant College and graduated from the University of Texas.
Charles Baker dreamed of connecting his life with the stage, but did not think about theatrical art.
