Known primarily as the "voice" of the protagonist of the animated series "Avatar: The Last Airbender" (Avatar: The Last Airbender). While working on the series, most of Zach's lines, who remained in his native Stamford, Connecticut, were recorded via satellite.
Zach Tyler has participated in such animation projects as "New Doraemon 3: Nobita and the Legend of the Green Giant" (Doraemon: Nobita to midori no kyojinden), "The Ant Bully" (The Ant Bully), "The Backyardigans".
