Born July 27, 1957 - American actor, screenwriter, producer, and comedian.
He attended Richardson High School, Texas. After graduating from high school, he entered Southwestern University in Georgetown. Bill dreamed of becoming a teacher after graduation, but he could not finish his studies. In 1990, Ingwall moved to Southern California to pursue a career as a comedian. On the big stage, Bill performed for the first time in the show "Jokers Couple" .
In 1992, Bill Ingwall had a real breakthrough and won the American Comedy Awards for Best Stand-Up Comedian .
A year later, Ingwall starred in the TV series Delta, in which he played Burke. Bill also appeared in the series "Making a Woman", "The Golden Palace" and "The House is Closed for Renovations." In 2016, the actor played the role of Troy in the thriller Opposite House.
