Born March 22, 1983, Upland is an American actress.
Her father was an artist and teacher at the museum, and her mother was a teacher at a ballet school and kindergarten. Heather has a twin sister, Christina Bennett Lind, who is also an actress. Heather graduated from Gilderland High School in 2001, Fordham University in 2005, and New York University in 2007.
In 2010, she made her Broadway debut as Jessica in The Merchant of Venice. She was awarded the Theater World Award for this role .
In 2012 she won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Ensemble in a Drama Series for her role in Boardwalk Empire. Since 2014, he has starred in the series "The Turn: Washington Spies".
