Born November 10, 1982, New York - American film actress.
Graduated from high school. Then she studied at the center of culture and art "BOCES" .
Heather made her acting debut in 1993, when she appeared in 2 episodes of the television series The Adventures of Pete and Pete. Her first major success was in the 1997 film Welcome to the Dollhouse, for which she received an Independent Spirit Award and several other nominations.
From 1999 to 2000 she starred in the television series "Now or Never", for which she was also awarded a number of nominations. In 2001 and 2004 she starred in The Princess Diaries and The Princess Diaries 2: How To Become A Queen. In 2007 she played the role of Lorna in the film "Hostel 2".
