Born October 29, 1987 American actress, producer, and screenwriter.
She studied drama at the University of Cape Town and competed in the 2008 Miss South Africa competition. Since her graduation in 2009, she has appeared in British and Canadian films and TV shows. She currently lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia where, in addition to her acting career, she co-owns a cafe in the Gastown neighborhood of the city.
Jodie Balfour is best known for her role as Gladys Wiesem in the Canadian TV series Girls and Bombs. She won the Canadian Screen Award for Best Leading Actress in a Television Movie or Miniseries.
