Woods was born in Lake Forest, California and graduated from the University of Arizona before making her 2005 debut on CSI: Miami's Crime Scene Investigation. Since then, she has appeared on the TV series The Game, House Doctor, Detective Rush, NCIS Special Department and Snoop. Gruvemuvestart
In 2009-2010, Woods starred on the ABC series Remember What Happens, which closed after one season. Since then, she has starred in the sitcom Ideal Couples (NBC, 2011) and Let's Meet (HBO, 2013). In 2014, she took on the supporting role of the villainess in the fifth season of AMC's The Walking Dead.
