Born in the small town of Fairfax and raised in Woodbridge, Virginia. There she was the captain of the school dance group, and also had a first degree black belt in taekwondo. In 2001, she moved to San Diego, California. She has been active in the theater department and has won many different awards for her performances in Rumor by Neil Simon, Goodbye Bird, and Beauty and the Beast. In 2003, Haley competed in the America's Talent Competition, won dance and acting in the Western United States, and was spotted by casting manager Gary Schaffer. After graduating from high school at 16, Haley moved to Los Angeles, California and studied at Howard Fine Studios for a year, which she could not have achieved without going to Joanna Baron and D.W.Brown Acting School.
