Born February 7, 1985 - American actress.
Tina Majorino achieved fame as a child actor in the mid-nineties through her roles in a number of Hollywood films, including Andre (1994), When a Man Loves a Woman (1994), Corrina, Corrina (1994) and Waterworld (1995). She also starred in the TV movie Alice in Wonderland (1999), and previously starred in the TV movie Real Women with Dana Delaney and Broken Hearts with Oprah Winfrey and Ellen Barkin.
In 1999, Tina Majorino retired from the acting profession, claiming that she suffered from emotional burnout. Five years later, she returned to the screens with a role in the film "Napoleon Dynamite", after which she starred in the television series "Veronica Mars" for three seasons. After it closed, she joined the cast of HBO's Big Love, where she filmed until its 2011 finale. In 2009, she also starred in On the Web of the Law, which closed after one short season. In 2010, she appeared in the music video "Perfect" by the singer Pink. After that she was a guest in several episodes of the TV series "Bones", and in 2012 she had a recurring role in the series "True Blood" .
In August 2012, Majorino landed a supporting role as intern Heather Brooks in Shonda Rhimes's Grey's Anatomy. Majorino's character was one of five new interns in the show's ninth season, while Camilla Luddington, Guy Charles, Jerrika Hinton and Tessa Ferrer played the others. In early 2013, Majorino also landed a major role on TNT's Legends and was not promoted to regular cast in Grey's Anatomy, unlike the other four, but remained in recurring status in season ten.
