Born September 4, 1986, Nitra, Slovakia - Slovak and Hungarian actress.
Graduated from Komarno secondary school. Then she studied at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. Subsequently, she left to study acting in the capital of Hungary. In 2012 she graduated from the University of Theater Arts and Cinema in Budapest and then joined the troupe of the Hungarian theater named after playwright Jozsef Katona.
In addition to successful work on the Budapest stage, Alexandra, whose stage repertoire includes the performances "Too Hot on the Mountain", "Dyurma", "Siren", "Amateurs", "Where the Wolf is Good", "As You Like", "Peace perfect happiness ”and many others, she tried herself in the cinema. Her debut took place in 2012, when she starred in the short film "069", the actress appeared on the wide screen in 2013 in the comedy melodrama "Coming Out" with Sandor Chanyi.
In 2014, Borbay joined the main cast of the musical melodramatic film "Swing", and in 2015 she played one of the main roles in the crime comedy Az ejszakam a nappalod with Peter Sherer. In 2017, the drama “On Body and Soul,” directed by Ildiko Enyedi, was released, where Alexandra played the role of a withdrawn and detached girl Maria, who got a job at a slaughterhouse in Budapest as a quality controller.
