Born September 7, 1970 in Flamigum, Massachusetts, USA is an American actress and producer.
Monica attended Framingham South High School, where she was president of the drama club.
In 1988 she graduated from high school and entered Williams College, where she devoted all her time to her studies. After graduating from college, she moved to New York and began taking acting classes and auditions.
She got her first role in 2001 in the movie "Bollywood is Calling". Then she played a role in the low-budget movie "Cat, Sean and Oz". She has also appeared in numerous television series such as Dexter, House Doctor, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. Monica is known to Russian-speaking audiences for her role as Inspector Anna Ramirez in The Dark Knight.
